I arrived two days prior to service to set up an appointment. I had the job quoted (I actually had the part as well). Agreed to the price. On the day of the appointment I dropped off at around 8:30AM and the vehicle was completed just after lunch on the same day. This is not the first time I’ve used Performance Auto for my vehicle. They are straight forward, courteous, and understand no one wants to spend more than they have to. I have had warranty repairs with them, they honor those as well.

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Performance Automotive for years. Craig and his team are good, friendly, and honest people. They always check our vehicles to let us know if there are any issues that should be repaired right away or will need repair soon. All work is done with quality parts. Craig never pushes unnecessary repairs. Would never bring my vehicles to any other shop.

This is our new go to place for service on personal and fleet vehicles! In a bind and last minute, we needed a flat tire repaired ASAP on our fleet truck on a brutally cold day and they were able to get us in last minute to get the truck back on the road! I took my car in for an oil change and mentioned that the ABS light had popped in once the week prior. When they took it for the test drive they noticed a sound (that I had told the Nissan dealership about twice in the last year and had been dismissed). Performance Auto assessed the noise, called me to explain, and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Performance Auto!
