I arrived two days prior to service to set up an appointment. I had the job quoted (I actually had the part as well). Agreed to the price. On the day of the appointment I dropped off at around 8:30AM and the vehicle was completed just after lunch on the same day. This is not the first time I’ve used Performance Auto for my vehicle. They are straight forward, courteous, and understand no one wants to spend more than they have to. I have had warranty repairs with them, they honor those as well.

Brought my modified Mustang in for a brake upgrade, during which they discovered a broken strut mount. They worked with me over the next 3+ weeks to find the right combination of aftermarket parts necessary to get the car back on the road in time for my son’s senior prom, keeping it on one of their lifts the entire time. Throughout the entire process they communicated with me almost every day on status and helped my find parts/vendors without once mentioning (let alone complaining) about the space I was taking up in their busy garage. Their work is top notch, but it’s their customer service that really sets them apart. Highly recommended!

Simply the Best Auto Repair Shop Ever. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else. I drive past the dealers where I purchased my vehicles to have work done by Performance. They have all the best attributes of an honest old-school auto repair shop. They honestly fix your current problem. They help you plan a reasonable repair and maintenance schedule. They are quick, helpful and charge fair prices. I’ve always felt 100% comfortable with their work and recommendations. You won’t sit off a fancy showroom and sip a latte, but you will have great service by hardworking folks who do their best to treat you right. I simply can’t say enough good about them.
